A real rare one this. When HMV lost the rights to publish the Elvis releases, they decided to release every last track they had at their disposal, and so the "Best Of" was born, we take for granted that artists release a "best of" but this was the first time one was ever released in the UK. Like all HMV releases this has been a hard to locate addition for any collector. E-bay has helped the quest some what, in fact before E-bay surfaced this rarity was seldom sold for less than £250. but with our new online friend it can be found for about half that amount. Expect to pay a good £100+ for a decent copy and £200+ for a copy in excellent condition. For some of the newer collectors it is worth adding that a French 10" was sold in the early eighties which is worth a tenner, it is easily distinguishable from the HMV release shown above.
